1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointed with After-Sales Service

Extremely disappointed with Addler and their after-sales service.

I purchased a Stryker 1588 camera console system from the company, and my system was sent to them for repair (reason- multiple green blue lines across the screen everytime) approximately 1 month ago i.e only within 1 month of purchase .

Despite repeated follow-ups, I have received no satisfactory response, clear timeline, or proper communication regarding the status of the repair.

What is even more disappointing is that while my equipment is being repaired, the company has not provided a replacement camera console, leaving us to manage our hospital work with a local camera system for long.

For a professional medical equipment company, this level of customer support is completely unacceptable. If the repair requires additional time, the company should at least provide a properly checked and calibrated replacement system so that the hospital’s clinical work is not affected OR just give a new one and get this repaired and keep with themselves.

The equipment does not have to be brand new—even a properly refurbished/checked system would have been acceptable temporarily. Unfortunately, despite having multiple systems available, there seems to be no willingness to provide one.

Poor communication + delayed repair + no replacement support = extremely poor after-sales service.

I strongly urge Addler to resolve this immediately and either:

* Return my repaired camera system within 2–3 days, or

* Provide a properly checked and calibrated replacement Stryker 1588 camera console immediately.

Very frustrating and highly disappointing experience. I expected much better from a professional medical equipment company.
